No major cracks and no dents. Please note, you'll need a MicroSD card in order to use the built-in camera. 16GB MicroSD card has been added for maps as the file size outgrew the internal storage. The GPS has 2 MicroSD slots. The unit has been fully updated using the latest version of Garmin Express.

It is running the latest software ver. The map is also running the latest version North America 2021.20. All other minor updates have been performed as well.

Lifetime map update is embedded in the unit. Just install the latest Garmin Express software, plug it in, add it and get all the updates. A Micro USB cable is included for future updates. The HD lifetime traffic is provided by the car charger/traffic adapter.
